About

My name is Heidi Hernandez. I am a graphic designer, illustrator, and photographer based in Delaware. I received a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications with a focus on illustration and graphic design and two minors, Photography and Spanish, from Albright College. While I was in school I did photoshoots for students. I also was a part of the Arts magazine and became President/Editor-in-chief my senior year.

Over the years I have learned about the process of making logos, illustrations, print designs, photographs, package designs, and magazine layouts. When working with a client or partner, I listen to their request and show them my ideas. I sketched a few ideas of how the final result would look and update them how the project is going. 

A little about me :D - My interest in graphic design started in high school when I studied Graphic communication in 2015. It's a fascinating concept, we see graphic designs every day but only a few things catch our eye. I learned the principles of design and had lots of practice. By the end of my senior year, I had created: t-shirt designs and prints, posters, business cards, logos, etc. I've been challenging myself and growing my skills since then.
